Copper Enamel Rings

The art of copper enameling is a labor intensive process of melting glass on copper. The pieces are fired in a 1600 degree kiln. This technique requires multiple layers of glass (and multiple firings) to create the desired effect.

The 3/4 inch in diameter ring top is made from melted glass fused to copper (copper enameling). The ring base is silver plated and adjusts from around a size 6 1/2 upwards.
